Because we sell digital goods that are delivered instantly (codes, vouchers and activation links), the following policy applies to refunds and cancellations.
1. Cancellations
An order can be cancelled only before the digital product has been delivered. Once a code/voucher has been delivered to you, the order is considered complete and cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund eligibility
We offer a refund or free replacement in the following cases:
- You were charged but no product was delivered, and the issue is confirmed at our end.
- The code/voucher delivered is invalid or non-functional at the time of delivery, reported to us within 24 hours of purchase with proof (e.g., a screenshot of the error).
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
3. Non-refundable cases
- A code/voucher that has already been used, redeemed or revealed (unless it was invalid on delivery).
- Change of mind after successful delivery.
- Issues caused by incorrect details provided by you, or by the policies of the third-party platform where the code is redeemed.
4. How to request a refund
Contact our support on Telegram (@R_K_Help_bot) or by email with your order ID and details of the issue. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, normally within 5–7 business days.
